We have received a large volume of orders upon re-opening, therefore lead times will be longer than usual. However, we are making good progress on our backlog and have additional delivery drivers on the road in addition to our new collection point system.
Customers should order online where possible, otherwise please submit orders via email or phone. Showroom access and opening hours are restricted. The yard is closed to customers, therefore all orders must be pre-arranged. Please do not visit our showrooms unless necessary.

Timbertrove COVID-19 Opening Hours
We have been working hard throughout the lockdown to improve our website, simplifying the online ordering process. We are encouraging all customers to order online with us as much as possible. As we will be operating with a limited sales team, an influx of phone calls, emails and in-person orders will be difficult to manage. Online orders are less labour intense for our team and will be processed quickly.
Click & Collect
Once you have processed your online order, where possible, the customer will simply pay online, select “Collection” and pick-up their product once production is complete. We have set out Collection Points in our car park. Our sales team will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable collection time and will communicate which Collection Point your items will be left at.
If you selected “Delivery” at the checkout, we will be in contact to arrange a suitable delivery date and approximate time. Following this, a member of our team will drop your order outside your house and will call to inform you of the delivery.
If you choose a Supply and Fit service, this can be arranged in a contactless manner.
- Should you need to direct our staff whilst onsite, please ensure you maintain 2 metre social distancing recommendations.
- Please clear away any obstructions in the area where they will be working, making sure that they will not come in contact with any of your home items.
- If you have a side entrance, please allow our team to access your back garden this way. If you do not, ensure there is a clean and clear path through your home.
- Our staff are equipped with PPE and have been instructed to sanitize regularly. Team members from different households will use separate transports, therefore please ensure you have space for two vehicles on the installation day.
Restricted Showroom Access
Our showrooms will be open with restrictions in place. If you plan on visiting, please do so alone if possible. Our shed display will be open and showroom access will be controlled. Should you need to view a product which is in a restricted area, please inform a member of our team and they will give you access. Please remember to maintain social distancing at all times, use the hand sanitisers provided and do not visit our showrooms if you feel ill or have been in contact with someone who has been infected by the virus.
Hygiene Procedures at Timbertrove
Our team are now equipped with PPE and have been instructed to regularly use hand sanitizers provided. Lunch breaks are staggered to avoid a busy canteen and strict social distancing measures are in place. Staff will keep to their own work stations and will not share tools. Team members from different households who work together will drive to sites separately. Members of the same household will deliver heavy items together in the same vehicle. A limited sales team will be present in the offices.
