COVID-19 Temporary Closure

Dear Customers, 

We have made the difficult decision to close temporarily as a result of the fast-spreading COVID-19, as of 18th March. We believe this is the best way to ensure the safety of our staff and customers which is of utmost importance to us.

We will continue to monitor the events daily, keeping our website and social medias up to date once we decide to re-open. We will return to business as soon as it is safe to do so.

In the meantime, we urge you to stay indoors and follow government advice during this tough time. We hope you and your families stay safe in the coming weeks.

Why have you decided to close?

We have decided to close purely for the safety of our staff and customers in light of COVID-19. Currently, we are operating with a team of 40 people, all of whom are like family to us. We value life much more than we do business and profits, and although it may upset customers who are expecting orders, we just can't justify putting our staffs' lives and families at risk. 

I have paid a deposit or paid for an order in full. When can I get my order?

As soon as it is safe to do so, we will resume business as usual.  At this time, your order will be our top priority and we will contact you in a timely manner. 

How safe is my money if I have paid for the order?

We can assure you that your money is 100% safe. We are a family business and have been operating successfully for over 30 years, surviving many hurdles along the way. Please know that this is simply a temporary freeze in the business since it is not safe to operate with the recent Coronavirus events. We are financially stable, fully stocked and have a full order book. 

If I order online, when will my order be processed?

Your order will be processed once we re-open. We will contact you to inform you of your collection/ delivery date.
